Warehouse Information

The Warehouse is responsible for the receiving and delivery of all materials and equipment to the school sites ordered through purchase orders and stock requisitions. It is also responsible for the storing of all stock items ordered by school sites and departments. This volume purchase of frequently used items allows a significant savings for the district in both time and money.

Warehouse Location

The Pleasanton Unified School District Warehouse is located at 4750 First Street.

Directions from 680:

Take the Bernal Exit. Go to the Right (East). Take Bernal to First Street (third stop light). Turn Left on First Street. Driveway is approximately 1/ 2 block on right side.

Directions from 580:

Take 680 and follow the above directions.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I return something I order from the warehouse/stores catalog?
Just return the item to the warehouse, along with a copy of the stores invoice. We will provide a credit to your budget. Merchandise can only be returned in the same fiscal year as the purchase. Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing merchandise in May and June since you will not be able to return the merchandise after June 30.

What if I am not happy with the quality of an item in the warehouse/stores catalog?
Please contact LeeAnn Pomplun. Please provide as much information as possible, including catalog number, description of the item, reason you do not like the item, and any other brand recommendations. We appreciate your feedback and opinion. You are the customers using the products so we want to make sure it is a product that you will use.

What if I would like to see an item added to the warehouse/stores catalog?
Please contact LeeAnn Pomplun and provide as much information as you can about the type of product you would like to see added to the warehouse. We want the warehouse stock to reflect what many individuals in the District will use. As a result, we will contact several school sites to see if this is a product that many people would use. If so, we will add it to the warehouse inventory.
