Adult Education: Registration

Registration Information

Registration begins as soon as the brochures are issued by using the form provided on the bottom of this page or by registering on-line. Pre-registration will ensure getting the class of your choice and is required for all classes. Please note that many classes do have size limitations. You can check periodically at the weekly bulletin link for updated information. Make check or money order payable to Amador Adult School or you may make payment with your Visa or MasterCard. FAX AND ON-LINE REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PAYMENT.

PURCHASE ORDER NUMBERS
Organizations enrolling staff for training and development purposes will be invoiced if a purchase order number is used for registration.

CLASSES
Classes not having the required minimum enrollment or very low pre-enrollment may be cancelled prior to the first class meeting and pre-registered students will be notified. Refunds will be mailed. Those who wish to enroll at or after the first class meeting should telephone the Amador Adult/Community Education Office before attending to determine availability.

CONFIRMATION
You are enrolled in the class or workshop of your choice unless you are notified otherwise. If you want confirmation, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your registration.

REFUNDS
For a full refund, verbal notification is required at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class. Please select classes carefully; possible exceptions to this policy may be made by school administration based on information received from the "Request for Refund" form which can be obtained at our office at 215 Abbie Street in Pleasanton. There will be no refunds for textbooks once class has started. Please call our office if you have any specific questions regarding refunds.
