Pleasanton Unified School District Substitute Sign-Ups PLEASE NOTE: We currently are not accepting application for our substitute pool. If you hold a California State Teaching Credential and would like to be placed on a wait list, please send your resume to Anna Kennedy at Akennedy@pleasanton.k12.ca.us. Thank you. SUBSTITUTE TEACHER INFORMATION SESSIONS Until further notice, we have suspended our substitute information sessions. The Pleasanton Unified School District conducts a Substitute Teacher Information Session from the beginning of each school year through the first of May. The application process is explained in these meetings. Meetings are held every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9:00 a.m. All sessions are located at the Pleasanton Unified School District office located at 4665 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566. No advance reservation is required. Please plan to arrive five (5) minutes early to ensure entry into the orientation. Once the Information Session begins, we ask that late arrivals re-schedule for the next session.
If you have any questions, please contact Anna Kennedy at (925) 426-4324. Pleasanton Unified School District uses a Substitute Employee Management System which allows substitutes to access information and schedule assignments via the internet and phone line.

Any offer of employment is subject to a criminal history check. Fingerprint clearance by the Department of Justice must be received prior to employment.
